Return Process

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original containers.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the shipment.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
